Business Follow-Up Specialist
Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for following up and coordinating customer orders, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of orders.
2. Maintain close communication with suppliers, logistics companies, etc. to ensure smooth logistics processes.
3. Responsible for the production and review of relevant foreign trade documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
4. Regularly communicate with customers, collect feedback, promptly handle customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle customer complaints.
2. Familiar with using office software and possessing certain data analysis skills.
3. Have a deep understanding of the international market and be proficient in operating relevant software and tools.
4. Strong organizational skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
